The Three Little Pigs Together with their parents, three little pigs had grown cheerfuly in a hut in the forest. As they became older, their parents decided that it was time for them to build their own houses. The first piggy, the idler of the family, decided to make a house of hay. In a minute the hut was already made. And then he went to sleep. The second piggy, a glutton, preferred to make the wooden hut. It didn't take long to build it. And then he went to eat some apples. The third little piggy, very hardworking, decided to build a house of bricks and cement. It would take longer to build it, but would be much safer. After a busy day, the house was beautiful. It didn't take long for a hungry wolf to appear, who saw how fragile the first house was. Then he came up and said: – Open the door! Little piggy, little piggy, let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down! As the little piggy did not open it, he huffed and he puffed and he blew the house down. The little piggy, trembling with fear, ran out and went into his brother's wooden house. The wolf followed him. And in front of the second house, he knocked at the door, and said: – Open the door! Little piggy, little piggy, let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down! But the second piggy did not open it and although the wooden house withstood much more than the house of hay, in the end was also blown away in the air. Frightened, the two little pigs ran away and entered the brick house of their other brother. But, as the wolf was determined to eat them, he knocked on the door and shouted: – Open the door! Little piggy, little piggy, let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down! And the hard working pig said to him: "No, not on the hair of my chinny chin chin, I will not let you in!” So he huffed and he puffed, but the house wasn’t blown down. The house was very strong and sturdy. The wolf was almost out of breath. After going round and round the house, and finding no place to go in, he thought of climbing up the roof and sliding down the chimney. He was determined to enter the house and eat the three little pigs at any cost. But what he didn't know is that at the bottom of the chimney there was a cauldron of boiling water. So when the wolf fell down from the chimney, he ended up burning himself with the boiling water. He screamed terribly loud, ran away and never showed up again. Thus, the piglets were able to live in peace. And both the idler and the glutton learned that only with hard work you can get things done and decided to build a house of bricks and cement as well.
